The ring-like bellows is selected because of its long life (spiral profile can cause great torque to reduce the life when work). The SUS304 from the Japanese CHUANQI Co., Ltd. is selected to be the primary material of hose, The stainless wire from the Japanese BANKO is selected to braid, and the stainless steel flange is selected. It is high bearing pressure, durable and the non- noise.

It has been applied in 25 tons to 200 tons various tonnages converter in one steel-making, two steel-making and three steel-making of Capital Iron and Steel Co., Chengde Steel Co., Jinan Steel Co., Shaoshan Steel Co., Baotou Steel Co., Taishan Steel Co., Chuanwei Steel Co., Liuzhou Steel Co. and so on. Compared with domestic and foreign similar hose, the life is long (for ordinary hose two times)the radius of curvature is small, it does not have the noise, the operational performance surpasses other hose, moreover the price is reasonable, so it get favorable effect. At present we can produce each kind of different specification hose DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300 and so on, and can design and manufacture metal hose of special purpose according to the user.
