Qinhuangdao North Metal-hose Co., Ltd. Is located in the beautiful seashore city --Qinhuangdao. It is a new high-tech enterprise, mainly engaged in research, development and producing of the metal bellows, expansion joint, non-metal expansion joint, telescopic expansion joint, spherical expansion joint, Teflon expansion joint, metal hose, rubber hose, tuyere stock equipment, various kinds of tube-joints and sliding plank of low friction coefficient etc. It is the main research and manufacture base of this kind of product in China.
The products of our company are widely used in the fields of metallurgy, petrochemical industry, electricity, energy, communications, chemical industry, architecture, cement, urban heating system, etc...In recent years, our products have been exported to Iran, Malaysia, Romania, Holland, Canada, Turkey, Japan, Germany, India, Thailand, Pakistan, etc...Our marketing network covers 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in china, and is highly appraised by the domestic and overseas customers.
With an occupy area of 89000 sq meters and a construction area of 58600 sq meters, the company has built up several modernized workshops and office facilities. As to the complete production facility and the advanced workmanship, the company owns 16 leading production lines of hose, more than 100 special-purpose production equipment of bellows expansion joints, four hydraulic pressure devices of 1500T, 1200T, 500T, 350T for bellows shaping which can produce single layer and multi-layer bellows of different waveforms. Our annual production capacity reaches: 3, 500, 000 meters of metal hose, over 150, 000 expansion joints of bellows, 2 million meters of rubber hose. The specifications of the main products are as follows: Metal hoseDN6-DN600mm, round bellows expansion joint DN20-DN8000mm and the rectangle bellows expansion joint of different specifications, high-pressure rubber pipes and armor high-heat rubber pipes DN6-DN120mm, and sliding plank and pipeline joints, non-metal expansion joints of different specifications, etc...
The company has a strong technical force as a center for bellows research. In many fields of our products, we have obtained fruitful invention patents, such as special-purpose oxygen blast hose of non noise oxygen blast converter and high-temperature and high-pressure metal hose, by which, we get to the advanced level of the world, and have filled in the internal gap. We are authorized by the Ministry of National Science and Technology to undertake the project of national-level Torch Project and has been highly regarded and appraised. We not only optimize the design of the products, but also can carry out pipeline design and calculation of project. It is one of the strongest enterprises in domestic.
